4. Banh Bao – Banh Vac (White rose)

5. Banh Dap – Hen xao (fried mussels)

Banh dap (or Banh Chap) is an rustic dish that all Quang Nam people know. It is a harmonious combination between two kinds of cakes which are Banh trang nuong or grilled rice paper and banh trang uot or wet rice paper with a number of other ingredients to create a new flavor. 6.Vietnamese sweet corn pudding

7.Quang Noodles

Another well- know Hoi An food is Mi Quang or Quang noodles.Quang Noodles like noodles, vermicelli, it is made from rice but have a different nuance and flavor. As the name implies, this noodle originated from Quang Nam. To make noodles, people use soft rice soaked in water to soften, to make a smooth, coarse (not thick liquid) , add some “phen sa” to make raw noodles,crispy, hard and then coated into noodles.
